In October 2024, Co-op Aid partnered with mPower to address Liberia’s dental care crisis, where just 7 dentists serve over 5 million people. A team of dental and medical professionals trained eight Liberians over six days, graduating four as certified dental technicians. Equipped with donated instruments, these technicians now provide free tooth extractions and care in rural villages previously without access.

This mission is transforming lives by empowering local technicians to deliver sustainable care. With plans to return annually and train more Liberians, Co-op Aid aims to expand this impact. Each trip costs $6,000 for supplies—donate today to help bring smiles to more communities!
